The A Cappella Singers
accompanied chorus for treble voices
Welcome!
The A Cappella Singers are an accompanied chorus for treble voices in Boston Metrowest. We formed in 1963 and celebrate over 60 years performing as a group. We perform a diverse selection of music, including Jazz, Contemporary and Classical, Sacred and Secular, both accompanied and a cappella.
As we emerge from the COVID pandemic, we strongly encourage all be vaccinated and boosted. Whether to wear a mask is an individual choice which we respect. Singers’ masks allow easier breathing while singing and are available from local vendors (such as Centre Music, a local music store in Framingham) and several sites online.
It is with great nostalgia and sadness that we announce that George Sargeant, our director of many years, conducted his last concert with us. He is moving on to a fulltime position after the 2023 Holiday concert. We send him hearty good wishes as he moves onto his new venture!
